This workshop invites you to discover the secrets behind two iconic Tunisian breads: tabouna and mlewi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workshop programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On arrival, you\u2019ll be welcomed in a warm and friendly atmosphere with a complimentary drink of your choice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh fruit juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oued Lassoued thyme tea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop then begins with a demonstration of the traditional recipes for tabouna and mlewi. You will learn the various stages of preparation, guided by your assistant for the day.
