Can I cancel my booking?

Accommodation cancellation policy: Any cancellation made between 31 days and 3 days before the arrival date will incur an administration fee of 50 CHF per person. For any cancellation made between 3 days and 1 day before arrival, an administration fee of 50 CHF per person and 30 % of the total booking amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be confirmed by us.
Transfer cancellation terms: Any cancellation made between 31 days and 3 days before the arrival date is free of charge. For any cancellation made between 3 days and 1 day before arrival, 100 % of the total cost of the transfer service booking will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the transfer service remains payable.
Cancellation terms for activities: Any cancellation made between 31 days and 3 days before the arrival date is free of charge. For any cancellation made between 3 days and 1 day before arrival, 100 % of the total booking amount for the activity or activities will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the booked activity or activities remains payable.

How can I book my stay?

The price includes VAT. Tourist tax is payable on site in accordance with current rates (approximately 3.50 CHF per day per person)

Can I change my booking?

Bank card, Twint, PostFinance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, by email within 24 hours.

Will I receive a confirmation after making my booking?

Yes, by email within 24 hours.

What time are check-in and check-out?

At both hotels, check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 12 noon.

Can I request a specific room or particular services?

Yes, on request and subject to availability

Is the airport transfer included?

No. Book online via our website. The transfer includes both the outward and return journeys.

How do I recognise my driver when I arrive?

It will feature a sign bearing the name of our agency and your name.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

Please let us know your flight number and arrival airport when you book so that we can make arrangements for your arrival.

Are the hotels child-friendly?
