Can I cancel my booking?
- Accommodation cancellation policy: Any cancellation made between 31 days and 3 days before the arrival date will incur an administration fee of 50 CHF per person. For any cancellation made between 3 days and 1 day before arrival, an administration fee of 50 CHF per person and 30 % of the total booking amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be confirmed by us.
- Transfer cancellation terms: Any cancellation made between 31 days and 3 days before the arrival date is free of charge. For any cancellation made between 3 days and 1 day before arrival, 100 % of the total cost of the transfer service booking will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the transfer service remains payable.
